Sweet Dreams

An aromatic blend of flowers & herbs to help relax, unwind, & peacefully fall asleep. The blend contains valerian, a herb known for its ability to assist with insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, & headaches. It also contains chamomile, which has been used for centuries as a natural remedy to reduce inflammation, anxiety & promote sleep.  

The infusion is further enhanced with the addition of lavender, known for its calming aroma that promotes relaxation & can make it easier to drift off to sleep, lemon balm, an aromatic herb with a citrus scent that has been used for centuries to reduce stress and improve sleep. Lastly, passionflower, traditionally used to alleviate anxiety and enhance sleep, has also been shown in recent studies to be effective in improving insomnia and sleep quality.

Serving size: 1/2 tsp per cup

Steeping temperature 100°C

Steep for 5 minutes
