Free shipping is offered on orders over $100.

Due to recent tariff changes affecting Canadian businesses, shipping to the U.S. may incur higher shipping costs and longer delivery times. We are actively working with our carriers to keep costs as low as possible for our customers.

• Taxes & duties are imposed by the receiving countries customs authorities. Safiyah Beauty is not responsible for the payment of these taxes & duties. If the customer decides to refuse the parcel for whatever reason, or leaves the package unclaimed, Safiyah Beauty will not refund the order. 

If your order has not yet been processed (meaning the shipping label has not been printed) your order can be cancelled. There is a $4 USD fee that will be deducted from your refunded order, as when orders are cancelled, we do face a surcharge for cancellations.

• Refusal to pay customs duties or taxes may result in your order being returned to us. In such cases, shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from your refund.
