How to Steep Chopped Lotus Leaf Tea
Ingredients:
- 2–3 grams (approximately 1–2 teaspoons) of chopped lotus leaf
- 1 cup (250 ml) of hot water
Instructions:
- Boil Water: Bring fresh, filtered water to a boil (around 90–95°C / 194–203°F).
- Add Lotus Leaf: Place the chopped lotus leaf into a teapot, tea infuser, or directly into a cup.
- Pour Water: Pour the hot water over the herbs.
- Steep: Cover and let steep for 10–15 minutes to extract the active compounds.
