Processing & Shipping:

Safiyah Beauty strives to send out orders as soon as possible, however, please allow for an up to 7 day processing time (not including weekends or holidays). 

"How long will my hair oil last?"

Our hair oil is an infusion of high quality oils, herbs & extracts. We completely strain our hair oil upon packaging, however, it is normal for a small amount of sediment from the herbs & extracts to remain in the oil, & is even beneficial for the continuous infusion & potency of our product. It has a very stable shelf-life (up to 24 months). In fact, the longer span of time our hair oil infuses, the better it becomes. To further preserve the shelf-life of Safiyah's Ayurvedic Hair Oil:

-Keep it stored at room temperature in a dry & dark place

-Do not leave it outside under the sun or next to an air conditioner

-Do not let any moisture or water get into the bottle

-Keep it tightly sealed in between uses 

"Can I heat my hair oil prior to application?"

Yes! prior to application, you can heat up the amount needed for your oiling session in a double-boiler method. Bring a pot of water to a gentle boil, put a heat-resistant bowl overtop of the pot of water. Add oil to the heat resistant bowl & allow it to warm up prior to application.

"How long will it take to see results using the hair & scalp treatment oil?"

Results will vary depending upon consistency & individual factors such as hair growth cycle. Our hair & scalp treatment oil is formulated to improve every aspect of hair & scalp health & overtime, you will notice a difference in hair regrowth, thickness, moisture, shine & improved scalp health. Typically, between 3-6 months is when you will see optimum results. 

"My whipped butter/eczema balm has softened/melted"

Our products are 100% organic and free of chemical stabilizers. With that being said, they are susceptible to structural changes if exposed to temperature shock in transit or upon arrival. If your whipped butter/eczema balm does soften/melt from being exposed to heat wave temperatures, it is completely fine & still good to use. You can stiffen the product by simply placing it in the refrigerator for 1/2-1 hour, & re-whip it with a hand mixer. At Safiyah Beauty, we have proactively taken preventative measures to ensure our body butters do not melt in transit. A complimentary ice pack & thermal bubble wrap has been provided in shipping, free of cost.  

"How long will my whipped body butter/eczema balm last?"

Because we have chosen not to add harmful stabilizers or chemical preservatives to our body butters, our body butters & eczema balm have a shelf-life of up to one year after opening. Once opened, there are a few ways to extend the shelf-life of your product:

-Keep it stored in a cool, dry place. Don't leave it outside under the hot sun or in a hot car. 

-Don't leave it near an air conditioner, as both warm & frigid temperatures can potentially change the structure of the whipped body butters

-Keep it tightly sealed in-between uses

-Scoop out product with dry, clean hands

-Do not let any moisture into the jar

"Are Safiyah Beauty Products Vegan, Halal, & free of sulphates, parabens, silicones & harmful preservatives?"

Yes, Safiyah Beauty is built on the proponents of holistic health & healing. Our products are %100 halal, natural, organic & cruelty free. 

Returns:

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. With that being said, if there are any issues/concerns that are voiced within the first 30 days of retrieval of product, I will work with you directly to resolve them and ensure customer satisfaction.

Cancellations:

If your order has not yet been processed (meaning the shipping label has not been printed) your order can be cancelled. There is a $4 USD fee that will be deducted from your refunded order, as when orders are cancelled, we do face a surcharge for cancellations. 

Taxes & Duties: 

It is the buyers responsibility to be informed on the potential of taxes & duties they may incur upon the receiving of Safiyah Beauty packages. Taxes & duties are imposed by the receiving countries customs authorities. Safiyah Beauty is not responsible for the payment of these taxes & duties. If the customer decides to refuse the parcel, Safiyah Beauty will not refund the order.
